Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using samoacreative.ws or engaging Samoa Creative for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide branding, design, web development, print, marketing, and AI-assisted creative tools. Scope, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing per project.

3. Payment

Projects require a 50% deposit to begin. Balances are due on completion. Recurring subscriptions and AI credits are billed monthly.

4. Ownership & licensing

Final approved deliverables become your property on full payment. Preliminary AI-generated concepts and watermarked previews remain the property of Samoa Creative until purchased or unlocked with credits.

5. AI Studio

The AI Creative Studio produces watermarked visual concepts, not production-ready code. To turn a concept into a real product, click "Build This" and we'll create a project and quote.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for illegal content, spam, or infringement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Liability

Samoa Creative's liability for any claim relating to services is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Samoa.
